← Viron Gil Estrada§ Sandbox Lab · Proof seriesSmall things that actually run.
Each of these is a working prototype built to show one mechanism. They use invented data and invented companies, and every single one says so on its own face.
That is deliberate. It is easy to dress a prototype up as a client win. The more useful thing, and the harder one, is to show exactly where a demo stops being evidence. So every proof below carries a list of what it does not demonstrate, and that list is as carefully written as the build.

Barangay service-request handoff
Built · demo on request“A request comes in. The next move is visible.”
What it showsA resident message becoming a visible handoff: a possible owner, an evidence state, a next action, and a human gate before close-out. Below it, an inspectable queue with filters, search, and record detail.
Service designField operationsPublic response
What it does not show- ×No official LGU connection and no real resident data: all 12 records are fictional
- ×No authentication, roles, notifications, or SMS
- ×No GIS or location validation
- ×No public-service decision is made or recommended
- ×No measured operational improvement is claimed

The 5-second site test
Built · demo on request“Can a stranger tell what you do before they scroll?”
What it showsA participatory first-impression check. Look at a page for five seconds, record whether the offer read as clear, partial, or unclear, and get three concrete prompts back on message, proof, and next move.
ConversionWeb designUX
What it does not show- ×Not an AI score and not a conversion guarantee
- ×Uploaded screenshots never leave the browser and are never interpreted for content
- ×No CRM, model API, social account, or client system is touched
- ×The result is a conversation starter, not a claim about leads gained or lost

Northline Engineering & Surveying
In the lab“What a surveying firm's site has to prove before anyone calls.”
What it showsA trust-first site for a technical services firm: credentials, method, and completed-work evidence placed ahead of aesthetics, on the theory that this buyer is checking whether you are real, not whether you are pretty.
SurveyingEngineeringTrust design
What it does not show- ×Northline is a fictional firm: no real company, credentials, or projects
- ×No live enquiry handling or CRM
- ×No claim about lead volume

Amihan Cold Brew launch microsite
In the lab“One product, one page, one decision to make.”
What it showsA single-product launch page built to carry exactly one decision, with the offer, the objection handling, and the buy moment on one surface.
Product launchEcommerceLanding page
What it does not show- ×Amihan is a fictional brand: no real product, supplier, or pricing
- ×No payment processing, inventory, or fulfilment
- ×No claim about conversion rate
Want one of these pointed at your problem?
The proofs are how I think out loud. If one of them looks like something happening in your organisation, that is usually a good conversation.
